Type 45 Destroyer

This mod adds the Royal Navy's Type 45 destroyer. It is a kitbash based on the Kidd class (therefore the funnels are in the wrong place). You do not need Sea Lifter or 3rd party installers to use this mod. Many thanks to @russell600, @aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaabcd, ...
