描述
This mod adds the Project 941 Typhoon-class SSBN, based on a kitbash of a Oscar SSGN and Alpha SSN. Known issues: - There are two small items from the Oscar sail floating in the air.

Update:
2025-08-26: Replaced SS-N-19s with R-39 SLBMs with nuclear explosion effects.
2025-01-19: Replaced the Oscar missiles hatches with realistic Typhoon ones and changed the firing position of missiles to match the location. Credit to @ltjgbeam for the idea.

can you explain what you mean but the "nuclear explosion" effects as im not seeing anything different in game then a large explosion nor am i seeing any damage to other units

Played against this in the "The Sacred Sun" playermade campaign. Seems like it needs a nerf to health, I hit it with, and I counted, 11 mk 46 torpedoes before it finally sank.

Pretty good but R-39 missiles are missing from the loadout.

@Paddy Try it now. It reverted to an old version for some reason so I changed it back. Thanks for the heads up.

Nah the hatch is just the exact same as the Oscar i, don't have any other mods. game updates have probably changed it. its fine tho

@Paddy I haven't made any changes. Do you perhaps have a conflicting Typhoon mod? Try moving it higher in the order of mods. It could be another mod that has a Typhoon and the game is using that version instead.

Where the hatches from the images removed, in game for me they are just the exact same as the Oscar I

@CMD yeah it’s part of the hull model (not the sail) unfortunately so cannot remove it
