Soviet aircraft carrier Baku

This mod adds the Soviet Navy ship Baku, the fourth of the Project 1143 Kiev-class aircraft carriers. Baku had many differences from the rest of the class, including Mars-Passat passive electronically scanned arrays radars, two additional 4K80 / SS-N-12 Sandbox launchers, and twelve eight-cell rotary SA-N-9 Gauntlet VLS launchers.

It is a kitbash so you do not need Sea Lifter or 3rd party installers to use this mod.

Known issues:
- It does not affect gameplay, but there is an error message that pops up during loading due to custom textures to remove the Kiev's launcher rails on the bow. Just click ok.
- The bow has several elements that cannot be removed (e.g. SA-N-3 platform, SUW-N-1 torpedo rail launcher) and as a result, the SS-N-12 and bow SA-N-9 launchers are elevated / positioned a bit differently. I also left the forward port CIWS as is, instead of moving it in front of the bridge for now.

Updates:
- 2025-05-18: Thanks to @cent, he was able to remove the SUW-N-1 torpedo launcher rails from the bow with his custom textures for his excellent mod Red Storm Arsenal.
- 2025-05-12: Updated pennant number to 103.
