Mod Kashin-class Destroyer

Known in the Soviet Union as the Project 61M/61MP the Mod Kashin-class are an improved variant over the previous Kashin-class (Project 61), with the addition of four P-15M Termits (SS-N-2C), AK-630 emplacements, and an improved helipad. For the sake of hypotheticals, I allowed the entire run of Project 61 ships to be selected instead of restricting it to six ships for the Soviets.
