Known issues:
CIWS sometimes stop shooting, maybe gets blinded by own chaff. Needs testing

@Pointinthevoid this problem is caused by ohter mods with their own nations/flags, so I solved this with compilling .ini files in one and putting your mod in the top of modlist

I'm not so sure if the problem is on my side, but I could create copies of all the ships for the USSR, although this is not correct. How many of you guys have this problem?

I know ur rlly busy but when will these ships actually be put under a flag bcs currently they are under no country and u have to manually put them under the USSR/Russia
