Fixed a bug that could sometimes cause weird random ADVENT Troopers to spawn where they should not.

Moved pod-solving, upgrades, and generation to a more heuristic point-based design that will result in more intelligent difficulty scaling, and drive more organically diverse pod generation. Also enhancing intermod compatability.
