- Reworked TerjeRadTentStatic (now inherits from HouseNoDestruct to match user expectations and avoid conflicts with some mods)
- Added `Radiation.ActionDecontaminatePlayers` setting, which adds the ability to wash (decontaminate) other players using canister.
- Fixed geometry of the TerjeRadTent model (some players build it at the entrance of his bases as a transparent impenetrable shield, now its geometry matches the visual model)
- Improved setting `Radiation.RadioactiveRainPower` to affects falling snow in the same ways as a rain on snow maps

- Fixed a bug with calculation of radiation accumulation from clothes on the player.
- Improved compatibility with `A6 Secure Containers` mod (containers no longer accumulate radiation)
- Improved compatibility with `DogTags` mod (tokens no longer accumulate radiation).
