Reset the settings state of all settings in relation to "Don't auto-attack neutrals" to the default state "false" to insure the nuisance is no longer an issue.

Might remove the setting for it entirely

Thanks to Mishka, a tiny but nasty bug where setting "Remove Far NPT Bases" to "Beyond 32 Tiles" immedeately crashed the game is now fixed

Fixed a critical bug where the AI would do absolutely nothing if it was set to run on the vanilla AI

Added ability to use AI Debug in campaign (and other modes including MP) if cheats are enabled.

Furthermore, a future update will hide enemies spawning in world tiles not governed by the player
