Removed corpse-remove feature for Gargantua-based NPCs, as it's pretty redundant.

Made Dragons more like the Uboa ones.

Dragon beams now make the right sound at a different pitch.

SNPCs that emit the red blood particle no longer create the green blood decal.

Minigun MTM-8 and Pengybot no longer bleed.

Dragons and Archvile now have soundtracks.

You don't have to have HL:S for the VJBase SNPCs to show up anymore, and you don't have to have VJBase for the HL:S NPCs to show up.

VJBase SNPCs now appear in VJ spawnmenu tab.
