++ Added Calamity CRAMS [WIP]
They work like Cluster CRAMs, but instead store and deploy Custom Cannon shells.
- Use the Deployer where the barrels should be on the Custom Cannon.
- Use the Rammer on the CRAM Cannon somewhere close to the firing piece.
Then link them together through the CRAM UI!
+ Most of the blocks now have their correct models.
You can revert this change by going to Options and to the Custom Cannons tab.
+ Fixed various UI issues

++ Added Options Menu settings for the mod as well as some experimental settings.
+ You should now be able to toggle the enemy CRAM to Custom Cannon setting.
+ Fixed some muzzle flash scaling issues (now they are bigger)
+ NPC - spawned Custom Cannon Firing Pieces [LEGACY] now warn the player who is editing them that they are not editable, with accompanying button to replace said Custom Cannon Firing Piece with a proper player one.
