Complete rework of PCHBA-30 function.
It now works like melee weapons in slasher games (eg mordhau/chiv).
Comes with two animations that cycle between eachother with differing damage and range.

PCHBA-30 added. A 30KG breaching axe primarily meant for exosuits. Basically a direct upgrade over boarding axe with the "downside" of having to use an exosuit.
