- Made sure client-side effect handler only loads on controlled client-side player - probably was fine before and never experienced issues, just a precaution to decrease chance of issues with other mods/future vanilla changes etc

- Updated sleeping bags to be separate entities and increased their slope tolerance for being deployed on angles
- Config JSON structure has been updated, check your profiles folder for a backup of the old file to copy over old config to new file
- New types.xml entries are required for deployed bags - check "extras" folder for an example types.xml config

- Removed VPPAdminTools compatibility within core mod and moved it to a repackable .pbo file to prevent issues with certain modlists
- Working on a fix for sleeping bags being buggy, but will take longer to sort out
