- Added a compatibility mod for Terje's Medicine mod. If you want to run my sleeping mod instead of his but still keep his advanced medical system and not have the Mind & Sleep icons overlap, check my "extras" folder in my mod's folder for instructions.

- Fixed some nullpointer errors under certain circumstances
- Set MaximumSecsBuzzedByCombat to zero by default as it can be confusing for players not understanding why they can't sleep after getting attacked by zeds

- Stopped server-side sleep effect manager initializing on Expansion AI (didn't really do anything anyway, is just redundant)

- Made sure client-side effect handler only loads on controlled client-side player - probably was fine before and never experienced issues, just a precaution to decrease chance of issues with other mods/future vanilla changes etc
