Cleaned up item re-definitions.
Removed Empower Augment compat from the "item stuck to a weapon"-type augments (blunderbuss, machete, slingshot)
Added compat for upcoming Slingshot Knight mod (WAugs should be loaded AFTER Slingshot Knight for maximum compatibility. At worst, the item description looks weird)

Added minibomb and blunderbuss augments.

Added slingshot augment. Goes on any melee weapon, fires a slingshot pellet straight forward (only along straight lines) when attacking. Like the slingshot, can't hit adjacent targets.
All augments now scale effects with Stone Savant and Empower Augment.
All augments now scale more like vanilla augments, with lower damage multipliers and more defense penetration.

Removed weapon augment element from bayonet. Now works more like a secondary attack and isn't stuffed by Negate.
