fix has been pushed out to resolve call-in units spawning at HQ and facing the wrong direction. they now appear from behind the HQ and facing the correct direction.

*removed red trucks as interfering with pathing
*reduced ruscus hitpoints on church to attempt to prevent floating objects if said church is levelled
*added a few lights
*added some power poles
*did a 3d grass pass
*tweaked some splines
*added some signs
*fixed blockers for mid bunker not blocking
*rotated VP's 180 degrees in place
*other minor tweaks and fixes (some floating objects)
