Slightly increased the armor effectiveness of balaclavas. This does not make them viable armor, to be clear, but it does mean devilstrand and hyperweave balaclavas will give 1-2mm of protection. Not much, but still something.

Armor vest texture override now only kicks in if you have Gerrymon's Upscaled Vanilla Textures.
