Hotfix to defunct quality variables (a large majority of Quality types were deprecated)

Fixed NPCs not being able to use revolvers and changed both Renegade and Coalition Light Uniform protection values (they're less cumbersome but also more equally protective).

Added Experimental Grenade Launcher and overhauled 5.56x45mm magazines (Extended mag is now 60 rounds and magazines now show when loaded in firearms).

Made EHA now available for Language localization (This might cause a few problems the first few hours or so but is gonna make language translations possibly)
