Added wreck weapon cases, added a sub-mounted Machine Gun (muzzle flash sprite looks funky i know) and made wreck piles more prolific.

Hotfix to defunct quality variables (a large majority of Quality types were deprecated)

Fixed NPCs not being able to use revolvers and changed both Renegade and Coalition Light Uniform protection values (they're less cumbersome but also more equally protective).

Added Experimental Grenade Launcher and overhauled 5.56x45mm magazines (Extended mag is now 60 rounds and magazines now show when loaded in firearms).
