Officers and drummers now adjust their speed to the formation (bonus).
And I disabled the test upgrade (academy armor) so it's back to normal now.

Upgrades can now affect formation bonuses.
See the armour upgrade in the academy to see how it changes the bonuses on the square formation.

Bonuses are now defined in unit.script and can be defined per unit per formationindex.
This means you can give polish pikes different bonuses than spanish pikes, while not touching the formations.cfg.
