* Fixed ragdolls created from death animations going missing on one or more client's ends if death animation's initial ragdoll state was out-of-view from them.

* Half-fixed both static bodies not reacting properly to elevators A.K.A. "ascending to heaven" glitch.
(The bug for the vanilla static body still persists by means of a player dying in mid air, then having their body land on the elevator.
The script is unable to parent the body to the elevator when this happens.)
