Added a little code to make the environment (ambient life, ambient sound) settings persistent after a mission saved/reloaded. No module needed.

Tweaked & fixed civilian cars on RHS and UNSUNG mods. The UNSUNG civilian cars don't exist, so the NVA truck are used, but drivers (and crew) are Unsung civilians.
