added a toggle feature for patches! all except Eyeball are enabled by default. this won't fix already-spawned pawn's eyes when using anime-style eyes (fix those in the FA menu by setting the eye color), but new pawns should have both eyes accounted for.

un-obsolete for 1.6! this has been a roller coaster and I want to get off XD

in 1.6, adds additional logic to FA to allow variants for heads like furskin and correctly-assigned multi-gene parts. all parts are supported!

also adds safeties so hopefully it won't break anyone's game if FA updates and changes something

Complete revamp! Heads, Brows, Eyeballs, Lids, Mouths, and Skin Details all supported!
If loading on a game using previous version, you'll get an error about FAHeadOverrideManager not being there. It's fine, the new system doesn't use an override--part selection is much better integrated into the existing FA system.

randomization is now seeded by pawn ID, so everyone's heads should stay the same between game loads
