- Next "ouch sound" on low health now plays when the current one stops playing, instead of random time.

1. Added a possibility that a fire will start after RPG or grenade (even 40mm) explosions. It can also cause damage, 5hp per 200 milliseconds.
2. Explosives that are underwater will produce different sound & sprites, including bubbles.
3. Explosions create steam sprite (It can't be black, cuz of the engine things, is it racist?)
4. Some chance that a NPC can ignite for a short time, after a explosion.
5. Added cower animation for Human Grunts, since i forgot to.
