Base income normalized to match the system in Attila and Warhammer. Essentially means that all factions are now on an even playing field (economically) as they are in TWA and TWW, rather than certain factions getting free "ghost income" as is the case in vanilla TWR2. This *will* likely make the game more challenging.

-Base income increased from 1500 to 2000
-Ghost income removed from all factions that had it.
