- Foliage is now set on fire instead of having glowing debris created
- Wood and plastic now have glowing debris created much more rarely; prefer to be set on fire

- Fixed incorrect merging on debris that should be deleted
- Added options menu option to disable debris merging
- Hopefully fixed issue where invalid-sized shapes caused Z fighting with glowing debris
