- Overhaul to most systems. Now uses collections to group plugins. Collections and plugins can now also be referenced by their ID, allowing 3rd party plugins to be required on a layer without source code access.

- Fixed plugins not loading on clients with high ping
- Moved to txt file saving instead of UE4 Save games, allowing users to more easily edit their plugins selection from their files
- Added logging to help debug any issues
