* Moved global states toggling to spawn menu instead of entity spawn (it's now located in the Spawn menu -> Utilities -> Admin -> Global States)
* Switched to Entity:StartLoopingSound instead from CreateSound
* Another binoculars prediction fix
* Tripmine activation time removed. Now it activates only after selecting "Activate" property in the context menu
