-Performance improvements to landscape material
-Artillery cooldown reduced from 10 minutes to 4.5 minutes, but also made less accurate. Random explosion radius increased from 30m to 45m, making it take 7 shots to kill an HQ instead of 3.
-Artillery price reduced to 3500/3500.
-Artillery power consumption reduced from 200 to 150 (2 powerplants to 1.5)
-Artillery build time reduced from 90 to 60 seconds
-HQ has side exits, and a way to get to roof bunkers
