Fixed Yas's arms sometimes appearing as black, despite the face being white.

Loader Boss shoots less bullets than the Minigun MTM-8.

Added new utility option.

(hopefully) Fixed Volti-Chan not doing damage if the enemy is too far away from his melee attack.

Fixed Executive using the yellow blood decal.

Fixed SNPCs only range-attacking when their enemy is exactly at a specific distance.

Ugh, apparently concatenating math.randoms doesn't work for VJBase sound tables. In normal person words, SNPCs no longer use some of the exact same sound for certain things.

Fixed Kuma and Electro's collision bounds.

TFC Medic now actually works properly.

Fixed Kicking Uboa Domo and Morisenzo Domo's footstep sounds being timed incorrectly.
