PCHBA-30 added. A 30KG breaching axe primarily meant for exosuits. Basically a direct upgrade over boarding axe with the "downside" of having to use an exosuit.

Sadly had to lower firerate of PCHMG-7 due to Barotrauma's limited sound channel amount of only 31.
