User request to pull Crewed Reactors into just one build bar button. Since future plans for more parts are a long ways off, sounded like a good anti-clutter plan to me.

Lowered Large Reactor power output

Reduced battery sprites referenced by large crewed reactors by a factor of 9. Reduces lag greatly, but if you'd rather have a sprite for each battery worth of power, the files are still there for you to edit back into the part file.
