The auto-bridge functionality seems to allow building a heavy bridge without the heavy bridge research.

Did a tribal start and trying to build a steel wall over water placed a blueprint for heavy bridges that my pawn was able to work on, despite only having the default tribal research.

The wall mounted cooler from Vanilla temperature expanded does not let you build it with since the pawn will break the wall you try to put it on to "replace" it with the cooler

Having issue where pawns cannot exit the starting drop pods and terrain seems to spawn without any plants or trees.

Getting this warning spammed:
Trying to get valid region at (13, 0, 241) but RegionAndRoomUpdater is disabled. The result may be incorrect.

It happens with just this mod and harmony enabled so it's not a conflict. I don't have the Odyssey DLC so that may be relevant.

Yup, but it seems to have been removed from the Steam workshop, also replacing it with this one seems to have greatly offended Rimworld in such a way other mods are now conflicting when they shouldn't. XD

Was about to comment on issues I've been having, but realized I'm using someone else's fork, maybe switching back over to this one now that it's been updated to 1.6 will fix the issues. XD

Error after the loading screen, I did not observe it in the game. In fact, it's most likely a mistake when replacing one of the items from Helixien Gas Expanded.

I use Mod Error Check to search for possible errors

Anyway, it doesn't look critical, but there is some kind of bug.

@Mechanomical ~ I don't get that issue, can you give more details as to how it's happening? It's possible it's a mod conflict though, so a mod list (RimSort via rentry) would be really helpful

A problem occurs wth smoothed rock wall that causes a pawn to load 10 job types at once, I believe the problem is that your code considers it something constructed and tries to deconstruct it when it's just a mineable wall.

For what its worth, regarding what Unordinal said, I myself don't have Odyssey and copped this error, so he could be on to something.

Can't look into it much since I'm about to head to bed, nor am I experienced with how RimWorld handles DLC things, but perhaps it could be due to 'TerrainDefOf.Substructure' being null if Odyssey is not owned/loaded? If so, a quick check for 'ModsConfig.OdysseyActive' beforehand could hopefully fix it.

I've reverted the recent update, as it seems to have been conflicting with something for quite a few people. If you are still having an issue with things not loading, please verify your game files to force Steam to download the current version of the mod ^.^

Oh yeah, me too. This updated and murdered my saves bad. half of everything is gone and trying to build something removes the ui.

idk if im being stupid but a bunch of my stuff didn't load in. only had this issue tonight as been playing the colony for a few days now and every other time it loaded in fine.

i get this in debug

Exception spawning loaded thing GeothermalGenerator47628: System.TypeInitializationException: The type initializer for 'Replace_Stuff.PlaceBridges.BridgelikeTerrain' threw an exception. ---> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object

hoping there's an easy fix, but either way thank you for trying to keep this mod compatible :)

I do have the materials necessary for all three bridge types I mentioned and was able to build all three of them manually at both the Shallow and the Chest-Deep Moving Water.

I saw someone reporting this for the beta of Vanilla Gravships Expanded, but have noticed this already a while ago and don't run that beta in my save, so I suggested the reporter there to also report it here.

In my case it's Shallow and Chest-Deep Moving Water. I have unlocked normal and heavy bridges as well as the bridges from Vanilla Furniture Expanded - Architect. I do not use any other mods to add bridges.

For some reason, when trying to place something on water it doesn't place a bridge below as expected, but gravship substructure. Maybe you could look into that?
