Split all world manipulation objects into a new mod, Wired Industry.
Split crafting materials into a new mod, Minimaterials.

Changed the Drill Stop's materialId to 49800 to resolve conflicts for other mods.
NOTICE: The claimed materialId range for my mods is now 49800-49999, established on the official Starbound wiki (http://starbounder.org/Modding:Materials:Mods).

Fluid pump outputs now send a wire signal when receiving liquids. This signal is ignored by fluid pump inputs.
Fixed behavioral error in fluid pump inputs (check for existing liquid was typoed and nonfunctional)

Fixed minor Fluid Pump behavioral errors (fluid pump inputs would previously become active if no wires were connected).

Added the Autodrill, Autocollector, Item Collector, and Item Router objects.
