Is the game's engine or whatever Starbound runs off of usually very unoptimized when there's a lot of NPCs/"entities" doing different things at once? This issue doesn't affect at least the framerate of the game but I suppose "entities" of the game, things like items and various entities all stutter or have some sort of delay from time to time and it always seems to only be consistent when there are a lot of entities doing various things.
