Population Mechanic
- added UI section for population breakdown in province details panel
- moved garrison replenishment to end of turn to avoid crashes


--- be aware that there might still be some disconnects of available unit numbers in the population UI (especially if you load into an existing campaign)

- only tier 1 units will join towns
- higher tier units can join other outposts (for free) that allow switching units to armies

- army not anymore invisible for one turn after general got killed in battle
- properly swapping from banners to weapons in pre- and post-battle scenes or when loading into the game

- removed bronze upkeep for units
- added bronze and gold costs for higher tier units
- slightly reduced population impact on growth and production

- reinforcement of outposts/towns with new units reduces with increased enemy activity in a region
