Molemarians now shorter lived and learn a bit faster. They also have a higher population per site and lesser spread in general. Hopefully this limits them enough, but I still might have to make larger changes to them.

Steel Citadels now hate nature more, only settling on mountains and deserts. Stopped Cave Dwellers from spawing on tundra so they stop ending up on half a dozen arctic islands instead of anywhere else.

Various minor bug fixes. Made somewhat more stable. Molemarians now more rampant in their slaving, leading to more wars. Still seems to cause inexplicable rare crashes on worldgen, I can't find any paticular reason.
