Requiem Legion: Version Hermes_10201

Away with ye, terribly written at some ungodly hour past midnight localization!

A major localization enhancement pass has been made to make YAF1 great again, enemy ability text should be much more easily legible and straightforward to understand.

Major engine-level component optimization pass. Estimated average of 10-15 FPS improvement with Requiem units while under heavy load, in some particular cases, as high as a 30 FPS improvement under very specific scenarios. FPS gains may be greater on lower dependant on hardware or situation, but should see universal improvements in longer missions, especially ones with lots of Requiem units.

A few minor balance tweaks, a few mechanical tweaks to bring things more properly in line with localization and be less weird, and also a few bug fixes and quality of life improvements.
