Detailed Houses Pack #11: Comfy Cottages

描述
A pack of 4 detailed houses based on the "Comfy Cottages" by zillieness, all rights and credits for the models belong to zillieness.

The houses were originally created without any props or trees. I detailed them and uploaded the detailed houses to the workshop.

** REQUIRED PROPS **

If you don't subscribe to the props, don't get this pack, use the original houses by zillieness.

What's included:
  • 4 growable low residential assets
  • Level 3
  • Highly detailed
  • Sizes are 3X4 and 2X4
  • All houses have a functional parking space
  • All roofs can be colored with the "Repaint" mod

To plop them manually:
"Find It" -> "cottage" or "detailed house"

I recommend plopping manually because the houses are set as "Historical Buildings" (by the RICO mod), and will not get replaced when the house level changes.

There are Russian houses but they tend to be Modernist or small cottages in Russian villages.
