Detailed Houses Pack #8: Small American Houses

A pack of 24 detailed small American houses, based on:

• Khrysler Homes by Khrysler
  
• Houses by Greyflame
  
• American Suburban House by nob50506000

All rights and credits for the models belong to them.

The houses were originally created as blank houses or were detailed with vanilla trees and bushes. I added fences, hedges, decals, props, good looking trees and bushes, parking spaces and lights and uploaded the detailed houses to the workshop.

• 24 growable low residential assets
  
• Levels 1 and 3
  
• Highly detailed
  
• Most houses can be colored with the "Repaint" mod
  
• Some houses have a functional parking space

"Find It" -> "american suburb"
or "detailed house" (in which case you will get all of my detailed houses).

I recommend plopping manually because the houses are set as "Historical Buildings" (by the RICO mod), and will not get replaced when the house level changes.
