Detailed Houses Pack #12: Southern France

描述
A pack of 10 detailed houses based on French Houses Set #1, Set #2, French House #1, #3, #4 and Residential House #1 by Gruny, all rights and credits for the models belong to Gruny.

The houses were originally created without any props or trees. I detailed them and uploaded the detailed houses to the workshop.

** REQUIRED PROPS **

If you don't subscribe to the props its just blank houses, in which case you better use the original houses by Gruny that are linked above.

What's included:
  • 10 growable low residential assets
  • Levels 3, 4, 5
  • Highly detailed
  • Sizes are 2x3, 2X4 and 3X4
  • All houses have a functional parking space
  • Some roofs can be colored with the "Repaint" mod

To plop them manually:
"Find It" -> "french house" or "detailed house"

I recommend plopping manually because the houses are set as "Historical Buildings" (by the RICO mod), and will not get replaced when the house level changes.

Building themes is broken. Even the new version may have problems. You are better off hand plopping.

You are right, can use the "Advanced Building Level Control" to set all buildings in a district as historical.

Great stuff, as per usual.

You can use Building Themes combined with Advanced Building Level Control to set them as historical too, if you're too lazy to hand-place every neighborhood. Like me.

I love all the work you put into these! You have a good eye for interesting assets and I love the way you decorate them. I use many of your previous sets already and will definitely add this one as well.

Just for your information, Gruny did decorated several of these themselves as well, but using both together in a district style will be great for extra variety.
