Detailed Houses Pack #3: Modern Houses

A pack of 12 detailed modern houses based on:

• Modern Sufficiency House Pack and The Gentry - Rama IX by Palm'sTime
  
• Minimalistic Modern House-B-L5 and Minimalistic Modern House-D-L4 by Pixel_monster.

All rights and credits for the models belong to them.

The houses were originally created as blank houses without any detailing. I added fences, hedges, decals, props, trees, bushes, parking spaces and lights and uploaded the detailed houses to the workshop.

• 12 growable low residential assets
  
• Highly detailed
  
• Levels 3 and 5 with varying sizes
  
• Some houses can be colored with the "Repaint" mod
  
• All houses have a functional parking space or two

"Find It" -> "modern detail"
or "detailed house" (in which case you will get all of my detailed houses).

I recommend plopping manually because the houses are set as "Historical Buildings" (by the RICO mod), and will not get replaced when the house level changes.
