Detailed Houses Pack #7: Modern European

描述
A pack of 18 detailed houses based on the "Modern European Suburban Houses" by Ligne 7, all rights and credits for the models belong to Ligne 7.

The houses were originally created as blank houses without detailing. I added fences, hedges, decals, props, trees, bushes, parking spaces and lights and uploaded the detailed houses to the workshop.

** Required Props **
--> CLICK HERE and "subscribe to all" <-- If you don't subscribe to the props, don't get this pack, use the original houses by Ligne 7.

What's included:
  • 18 growable low residential assets
  • Highly detailed
  • Levels 2, 3, 4
  • Most houses have a functional parking space
  • All houses can be colored with the "Repaint" mod

Note: they require flat ground!
If they are placed on uneven ground the grass will look very weird.

To plop them manually:
"Find It" -> "modern euro" or "detailed house"

I recommend plopping manually because the houses are set as "Historical Buildings" (by the RICO mod), and will not get replaced when the house level changes.

@Rommelwood about Cuban or Latin houses, not sure how many people will want these.
The ones I've made so far get a few thousand downloads, but if its only 100-200 people, its too much work :)

Yes you are right its boring and tedious, I also play the game and can't make myself detail so many houses... the only solution is using detailed houses.

Thank you for making all of these! Detailing hundreds of houses could be so boring and slow. Hope you provide us some detailied Cuban / Latin houses, there is several packs in Workshop but prop free.
