Middle snap unfortunately still does not work for turret placement on Edge and Edge Turret Base blocks, so unless Boxelware can fix that, I'll be posting a table of local snapping grid spacing values I use across all of my designs. I am in the midst of updating at the moment which is why the table shows "TBA", but I'll fix this table once I finish the updating.




Updating is getting close to ~40% done. All of the early game designs are done and I am now working on mid-late game designs for the month of November. End Game might be December but I'll see if I can do them sooner. I'm checking the following for each design which is why it's taking a bit longer than I anticipated:

• Overlapping blocks
  
• Block placement errors, caused by incorrect symmetry or from me being clumsy
  
• Missing lights (Light blocks have existed since Early Access. Why haven't I used these? They're awesome!)
  
• Missing striped hulls (Some designs will be easy to add these to, others may need some serious reconstructive surgery)
  
• Inconsistent Edge Turret Base block sizes ** (I'll have to make a template so they're all the same across every design)
  
• Docking blocks ** (These need to me made a lot bigger, and, be in better locations for some designs.)
  
• Engine and Thruster material changes. (I can have orange flames using the secondary colour, so my Engines and Thrusters don't need to be made of Iron anymore.)
  
• Stat and balancing adjustments. (Some of my ships don't have enough energy to make a hyperspace jump. That'll be fixed.)
  
• Tiny blocks (Some details use wafer thin blocks that the game now flags as 'not ideal'. I will try to adhere to the default minimum block thickness which is 0.01 I believe.)
  
• Paint colour errors. (Like, no secondary colour on armour to hide the ugly camo pattern, or no secondary colour on Engines and Thrusters, or a secondary colour accidentally applied to crew quarters, or, I painted a bunch of blocks a new colour and missed some.)
  
• Redo all screenshots on every publication page
  
• Update every publication page description to show the current stats matching the new screenshots.

* May require changing some designs a bit or a lot.
** I have made templates for Size 0.5, 1 and 1.5 Edge turret bases but still need to figure out Size 2+ for the bigger designs.
