I get endless notifications that taxes have arrived but the caravan does not appear but the notifications just keeps pinging endlessly.

Yup - something broke. It was working fine till a couple of days ago... And now, it is broken to the point of being completely useless now.

I can't even uninstall it without my world map freezing on me

I'm getting this problem as well. Infinite spam of Taxes arrived when no taxes have actually arrived yet.

I'm seeing this as well. The debug log repeats the error below once for each notification.

ya me too. really annoying hearing the sound effect but no silver is actually arriving.

Only "solution" i found if you want to keep your run is to save load to before the tax glitch started (might still work if you do this while its going on, i havent checked) delete the settlement or settlements then disable the mod. if you uninstall the mod before deleting the settlement it will freeze the world map.

Thank you! Will restart my settlements on my main save once this bug is fixed. Will be fun to rebuild my supply chain - Tithes are phenomenal
