i would GUESS its because youre losing temporary health, which might not have an associated damage type so it throws an error. It shouldnt have any effect on the mod working, but i will fix it so it doesnt print the error once i have time to do so

This is spammed in the console sometimes when a player (survivor) takes damage, or is low on health.

@judge Walker : That pretty simple, you can just download .vpk file and edit script file for pitchfork to change either swing pattern from weird * to full 3 horizontal and damage type (blunt, sharp, fire or knockback) for it.

@sprefans the tank mod triggers whenever a tank deals damage to someone. This mod causes the tank to deal fire damage when it walks near you. So the extra burn damage is causing you to take vertical knockback.

After being hit by a tank, survivors will fly straight up into the sky instead of following a normal parabolic trajectory.

You could also use

if( !("type" in event) )return;

just to reduce error clutter in the console.

You can also use

if((event.type & 268435456) == 268435456)

to include all damage that has burning damage type instead of checking for just fire+burning and burning damage types. It should cover fringe cases, too.

type refers to damage type, and the script only triggers if its fire damage. so if theres no type the script wont trigger, but thats fine because it means it wasnt fire damage

Awesome! I feel like more games should have POSTAL-style fire spreading between NPCs, it just makes fire that much more fun.
