Fixed minigun exosuit bug
-Minigun overheats slower, has larger spread, and larger cooldown in a nutshell

Reduced Self Heal further when not healing something too close to self (50%->20%)

Attempted adjustment of Rifle/Flamer displays for updated balance

Clips exclude the one already in the magazine (e.g. rifle below has 7 usable clips)

Rifle Clip 4 -> 6 clips

Flamer 4 -> 1 clip

HMG: Changed, now representing Pulse Rifle: 9x75 dmg, 4 clips

Welder price reduced 260 -> 100 for balance testing

Weapons 2/3 costs reduced to 200 due to a bug making anything above 200 res unresearchable

Sprint time between 10 and 12 m/s: 1.5 -> 0.1s

Limited frags equivalent to 4 (current 1 frag value = 100c, so maxed out eanrings per kill is 400)

Weapons lua files moved to /weapons/ subdirectory

Gave grenades from GL 100% friction and 0% bounce (so the clients don't see them bounce)

(this patch doesn't seem to have done anything)

-Removed GL gravity, turns out all I needed to do is to add a last number
-Turns out I had Forgotten to turn down onos' gore attack 200 -> 100
-Fade's swipe width adjusted to GPP's value (0.85 -> 0.4m) but left height as is (0.85)
-Re-added weapons 1/2/3 upgrades with an insane price (200/350/500) but adds 20/40/60% more damage
(To be used if the team is already winning to win the game faster)

-Hooked gorge healspray. I forgot to hook it and this is why gorge was OP.
-Reduced obs health back to 150/150

MAC:
-Build rate 40% -> 50%
-At the start of the game, the commander should start with 1 free MAC

-Skulk was already set StructuresOnlyLight (which is what the fade had) however the fade was found to be OP with normal type damage. Gave the Fade, Lerk and Onos puncture type damage (double damage vs players) but halved their attack damage

-Reverted rifle change (back to 5dmg; clip of 30)

-Increased OBS health and armour from 150 to 250 each

-After 2 F#!@ing hours, finally managed to solve the mystery of the grenade bug. Thanks Brute and Las!

-Adjusted grenade damage from 255 to 319 due to a problem with a damage type modifier not working (*0.8 vs players changed to *1.0 but still only did 204 dmg to players)

base Armour:Health ratio adjusted (0.7 -> 0.67

Rifle stats change: 5 dmg/bullet, 30/clip -> 3 dmg/bullet, 50/clip (both total 150 damage/clip)
