clipsize 200->150 (GPP -> 1.1 size)
damage 10->20 (forgot it's actually 5/sec not 10/sec)

*Reverted Arms Lab armour costs from 30/30/30 to 20/30/40

*Deducted 5 res requirement from armour 1, but added 5 res in the arms lab
so the arms lab now costs 20 and amour 1 is 15 res

*Team Resources Rewards per Kill increased 1 -> 2

Lowered MAC/Drifter supply cost (that limits it per game) from 10 to 2 units

Whip supply 5 -> 6 units
Sentry Supply 10 -> 8 units
Armoury, Craig, Shift, Shade Supply 5 -> 2 units

-Removed output folder as some stuff were apparently wrongly lingering around on the public build and rebuilt

Entry File Moved to mod folder (apparently it was placed in the wrong folder). If this is correct, then this should be suitable for online use

Welder DPS increased back to 200 from 147 (rather expensive at 270c) but we'll see when it gets hosted online.

Flamer clip 50 ->400 (I forgot to adjust it)

Turret Damage 4 -> 6 (Turret cannot rotate 360, might as well get it between 1.1 and GPP values to help tackle the fade/onos)

Resource Tick Interval 1s -> 1.5s because I felt that it was gained too quickly

(Note that these others stay the same: pres 1/tick, tres 0.2/tick)

Rebuilt. Currently clients still fail to pass the consistancy check at FileHooks.lua

Rebuilt; changed the names of h_Balance~ files to the standard Balance~ names
