Added condition on grenade touching the world

-Adjusted Vampire Rewards
-Grenades should now explode upon impact with the <world> or 'ethereal' as I what I think UWE calls it
-Grenades should now explode upon impact regardless of distance (previously required 2m seperation from the user)
-Alien structure maturity increased to somewhat back to near ns2 defaults (mostly approx. 2 minutes)

-Increased MAC/Drifter detection range from 10/12m to 20m each to build RTs without having the commander deal with their short range shit as often

-Corrected extractor build time problem (variable was commented out and not active in the filehook and made its built time somewhat long)

-Increased weld tim.... ...of pow.... nevermind i forgot

-Fixed anus' crab shield (i misunderstood the variable) and now requires only 50% shield energy

-Anus' crab shield now blocks 60% damage instead of 50% to deal with potential grenade launcher spam

-Nutrient mist should also aid autobuilding of a structure by doubling its build rate

-Adjusted resouces reward from kills: team res now awarded 2 units instead of 1 unit per kill

-Mine detection range increased 1.5m -> 4.5m

-Onos mouse lock in charge removed
-Onos time to full speed during charge increased 1->2s (default ns2 is 0.5s)
-Shortened healspray distance
-Pistol ammunition count fixed (10 -> 99 shots) and spread reduced (0.4 rads -> nil) (apparently UWE didn't even link the bloody variables properly)
-Fixed fade's and onos damage modifiers towards structures
-Added what used to be fade's structure damage modifier to skulk so skulks don't kill things ridiculously quick
-Adjusted Alien Regeneration rates in according to Tremulous regeneration rates as much as possible without editing the regen function itself

*Adjusted lerk hp to combine both basilisk and marauder stats again, because lerk is too thin to hit with such a large health pool:
-biomass level 3 hp reduced to 100hp, hp ranges from approximately 75 to 155hp

*Gorge's healspray nerfed 26 to 20 damage
*Gorge's bilebomb buffed 40 -> 50 DPS while still lasting only 3 seconds, armour poison effect 20/s reduced to 10/s due to trying to deal 0 damage to marine armour

*Lerk's movement speed nerfed to half flight speed (6.25 m/s)
*Lerk's flight speed buffed to 12.5 m/s

*Gorge's speed nerfed 9->8m/s, slide initialising 8.9->10m/s

Apparently the reason why the grenade launcher's gren wasn't slowed was because I didn't filehook it. Fixed
