Marine armour per armouir upgrade reduced to proper values (marine is supposed to have 334 equivalent health, meaning half of 233 armour rather than 233 armour total)

I tihnk that's whatr happened this patch. Can't remember

Adjusted cluster grenade explosion time 1.2 -> 5s

Adjusted Swipe Ranges and swipe frequency as respective to 1.1:

Fade 2.5m, ~750msec

Onos 3m, ~750msec

Reverted welder as primary weapon slot change since you can abuse the bug to spam the log with errors

*known bug: equipping welder and equiping a different weapon means your axe has disappeared into the abyss

*Added Values to classes
*Apparently welder changes undid itself somehow, reapplied them

*Welder moved to Primary Slot (As the painsaw and ckit was in Tremulous)

*Welder Range decreased (2.4 -> 1.875, 1.1 value considering that we're using 200 DPS right now)

*Welder Attack Width decreased (2 -> 0.1)

*Fixed issue with kills not being displayed on the scoreboard (accidentally omitted a function when copying it over)

*Team Res per kill 2->1 because this same function was included in the function that was omitted
