- extensive effects rewrite (combat related) (Lucca) :
moved all combat adjustments to a new application method. This should no longer require LUA edits for weapon edits. This should make it much easier to add weapon abilities for mod authors should they wish to have compatability patches for FR handled on their end.



There will likely be bugs or inconsistences in the changes. Please report anything odd so we can fix it up. Every supported race is covered by this change.

* rebalances neko (weaknesses increased from 5% to 20%. So, they now have 4 resists at 20% and 4 weaknesses at -20%. Additionally, they have 20% reduced fall damage instead of 50%. This should bring them into a better balance with other races.

* fixes skath bonuses to suit their lore more logically. I was unaware they were aquatic. They now breathe underwater and gain stats on ocean biomes, rather than forest/jungle type worlds.
